This recently happened to a couple of our customers in Oxford running DELL Latitude 7350 laptops with Intel Core Ultra 7 165U CPUs and integrated Intel Graphics.
The computer would suddenly crash, and after reboot they could no longer use the second screen. Device Manager shows Intel Graphics (Under Display Adapters) with an exclamation mark and the error “Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)“.
Installing the latest video driver provided by DELL was not helping. One laptop, after installing all updates (including BIOS) via DELL Command Update temporarily resolved the problem, but the same issue happened a few days later.
The final resolution was to download and install the latest version of Intel Arch Iris Xe Graphics driver from Intel website. After installing and restarting the laptop, everything was back to normal.
